We unknowingly ordered this item, thinking it was a simple exterior house number. Instead, it was mistakenly shipped as the incredible product “Space, the Final Frontier”! Unfortunately, I was not present when Yvonne opened this amazing package and found … “Space” … nothing more … an empty box with no product and not even a packing slip. Captain Kirk, here we come. Or maybe this is Rod Serling in the Twilight Zone. Perhaps we should post our own Black Hole photo. Certainly, this entire post is making something out of “nothing”.
Subsequently, we spent a combined 3 hours to figure out how to obtain a refund from Amazon without returning the original “Space” that we received. Eventually, we were rewarded with a full refund of the $11 product, equal to a whopping $3.67 per hour for our efforts.
